One of the best places I lived at. The management team really cares and goes out of their way to help you out. The rooms are beautiful and very trendy. I found that this place was a hidden gem: quiet, close to all of the cool things to do in downtown, while at the same time not being surrounded by the craziness of being downtown. Overall, a great experience. Savannah, and the rest of the team, are awesome. The gym is a great addition too. I got to be one of the first individuals to test out all of the equipment, and it's awesome having an all-access gym I can go to at anytime in the day. Thanks - will miss you guys!

My husband and I lived here with our dog for almost 2 years, and I have nothing bad to say about it. Maintenance was always prompt, no breed or weight restrictions on pets, and the property is very quite despite being located near the train tracks.

The Lofts at Swift Mill is a great place to live, especially if you have pets. The location is perfect, units are fabulous, the covered parking is a perk and the tenants are friendly. Management was very responsive and accommodating. Anytime I had to submit a maintenance request, they would always have things fixed up in a timely manner. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

Only place to live in Columbus. Roomy, beautiful apartments, great amenities, and the best management around. Don't waste time looking anywhere else.
