We have lived at swift mill for a little over six months and have had an amazing experience so far! The apartments are huge and the amenities are so nice. Maintenance is fast and so kind, just last week our AC broke in the middle of summer, Chuck came over and was able to diagnose the issue and order a part. We were having a gathering at our apartment while it was still broken, and Chuck called and checked in and brought over keys for us to use the clubhouse for our party. Jacob came by to fix our AC and he is so helpful anytime we call as well! He has fixed several things around our apartment promptly and even checks in with us to make sure it’s fixed. Five stars all around!

I loved the old architecture that the buildings still have to them, very kept up with and good amenities ,along side being very clean. They also have a great team running the office! Beautiful place and highly recommend!!!
